Are your Vacation Tours escorted?

Yes, all of our tours are fully escorted by responsible and experienced escorts.

When are my payments due?

Deposits are due within 1 week of your intial booking, and full payment is due 30 days prior to your trip.

What form of payment is accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Cheque and Cash as payment for your vacation.

What if I need to cancel my trip?

Up to 7 Days prior to departure, a Cancellation Insurance Waiver (for medical reasons only) is included on all our overnight trips. A doctor’s note (on doctor’s letterhead) is required for a refund.  If approved, refund will be less the cost of cancellation insurance.

Do you offer additional Insurance Coverage?

Yes, we offer Medical and Health Coverage as well we can offer additional Cancellation Insurance that will cover you right up until the day of your departure. Please ask our booking agaents for a quote.

What age do I need to be to travel on one of your Vacation Tours?

On most of our Vacation Tours the minimum age is 18 to travel. However check with our booking agents if you have any further inquiries.

What kind of Transportation do you use for your Vacation Tours?

We us Highway Motorcoaches, with Deluxe Seating, T.V.'s, Air -Conditioning and Washrooms. Each Coach holds 47 - 56 passengers.

How much lugaggae may I take on my trip?

Every person is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag for each trip.

What documents do I need to travel?

In order to travel outside of Canada, each person will be responsible for their correct form of Identification. Acceptable forms are Passport, Enhanced Drivers License and Nexus Card.

I have a Medical Condition or a Disability, do I need to make you aware of this?

Yes, please tell the booking agent at time of booking and we will strive to meet your needs and assist you for your travel.

Can I reserve my Vacation Trip from my computer?

No, unfortunatly at this time we do not take reservations over the computer. Please call our office for reservations. 1-800-838-1789

Where are your pick up points for the Vacation Tours?

Our regular pick up locations are: Limeridge Mall (Hamilton Mountain) The Optimist Club (Queenston Road in Stoney Creek) and the Burlington Carpool Lot (Guelph Line and North Service Road) However on occasion we do include other near by areas, please inquire with our booking agent at time of reservation.
