This trip features a deluxe 3-night stay at the Eden Resorts and Suites with two restaurants, cocktail lounge and three pools. After checking in, we are off to Shady Maple Smorgasbord. What began as a roadside vegetable stand nestled in the heart of PA Dutch Country has now become an expansive buffet style restaurant and a large farm market. Explore the gigantic gift shop before we return to Eden Resorts! The next day, after a full breakfast, we will venture out onto the road less travelled and meet up with a local
guide to visit the heart of the Amish Farmlands. Enjoy the picturesque scenery as you meander across country roads where time seems to stand still. This day also includes a stop at am Amish Quilt and Craft Shop and some free time at Kitchen Kettle Village. In the afternoon, we will head to Sight and Sound Theatre to see the production of NOAH, followed by dinner prepared and served by an Amish family on their family farm. The next day we will head out to Herr’s Snack Factory for a tour and a chance to sample some freshly made snacks, followed by a visit to Longwood Gardens for some free time to explore the breathtaking surroundings. Lastly, we are off to the Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre for dinner and a show. Tonight’s show is We Will Rock You, featuring over 20 hit Queen songs!
