A local guide will lead us through Ottawa’s highlights, including the lookout at the Museum of History, Rideau Hall, the scenic Rideau Canal, Rockcliffe District, the ByWard Market, and more. New for 2026, our tour also includes a visit to the RCMP Stables Training Grounds, where you’ll discover a living tribute to Canadian heritage and admire the grace and elegance of the famed horses. If you are joining us in May, we will enjoy the spectacular Canadian Tulip Festival, a tradition since 1952. With thousands of blooms across the city, the largest displays can be found at Commissioners Park by Dows Lake. While there, browse artisan vendors, sample local food trucks, and explore engaging cultural and historical exhibits. Additional highlights include a choice between the Canadian War Museum or the Canadian Museum of History, as well as a narrated boat cruise offering a unique view of Ottawa from the water. A special dinner at Canal Ritz—renowned for its views of the Rideau Canal—is also included. There will be free time to explore the lively ByWard Market, shop at the Rideau Centre, or, for those who wish, try your luck at the Lac Leamy Casino.
