Experience Winterlude’s dazzling ice sculptures, outdoor skating, live entertainment, and festive atmosphere. Next, explore Quebec City with two nights at Hôtel Palace Royal, overlooking indoor gardens or the historic Old City. A local guide will lead you through the Plains of Abraham, Château Frontenac, Dufferin Terrace, Citadel Fort, Place Royale, and the Old Port. Visit breathtaking Montmorency Falls and immerse yourself in the vibrant Quebec Winter Carnival, featuring ice sculptures, ice palaces, music, and the beloved Bonhomme. New for 2027, we will have lunch at Le Parlementaire.   Located in the Parliament Building, Le Parlementaire is a magnificent beaux arts dining room, host to numerous state dinners and formal receptions.  It is unique among the city’s gourmet restaurants and received a Michelin mention.  After lunch we will have a tour of the National Assembly.
